After the news broke that the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in favor of a halt to President Trump’s travel ban, Hillary Clinton took to twitter and celebrate that fact.
She tweeted “3-0”, which was most likely a reference to the unanimous decision by the court.

but then here comes Kellyanne Conway responding with “PA,WI,MI.” Those are references to the states that Clinton was very confident that she would win but fell to Trump unfortunately during the 2016 presidential election.
