Rob Kardashian claims Black Chyna tried to strangle him with an iPhone cord back in December according to the lawsuit filed by him and his sister Kylie Jenner.
Kylie Jenner is involved because she owned the house alongside her brother where the supposed altercation took place. They are suing Chyna for assault, battery and vandalism.
In the complaint which was filed on Wednesday, Rob Kardashian and Kylie Jenner claim they were forced to seek legal recourse against Black Chyna as they “endured several months of injuries” after Chyna’s attempt to extort the Kardashian family for her own monetary gain.
The complaint which was obtained by PEOPLE magazine also claimed that Chyna’s relationship and decision to have a baby with Rob was “nothing short of an outright fraud to shakedown the Kardashian family.” (wow, like frfr)
