Real estate developers, corporations and others continually manipulate the legal system and maneuver through loopholes and lopsided agreements to remove Gullah/Geechee people from their land, or the land from the people and also to make financial gains at the expense of the Gullah/Geechee Nation without any regard to the culture or people involved.
