Black, White and Latino police officers have widely different opinions on justice in America and police accountability.

Study Shows Racial Divide on How Black, White and Latino Cops View Race Relations and Police Brutality

A new survey reveals that police officers agree that bad cops aren’t held accountable for poor performance.

A 2016 nationwide Pew Research Center survey by the National Police Research Platform unveiled 72 percent of officers disagreed with the idea that bad cops are held accountable for their actions on the job. On the flip side 24 percent of those polled agreed that officers who poor performing officers are held responsible for their actions.

In short, white officers believe the country has reached racial equality, while black officers on the other hand believed more changes need to take place in order to attain equal rights for blacks.
