Beyoncé will reportedly be on the cover of the September issue of Vogue, and she is allegedly laying down the law on editor-in-chief Anna Wintour. Anna is learning who is the real boss.

The Huffington Post is reporting, “The publication is contractually obligated to give Beyoncé full control over the cover, the photos of her inside the magazine and the captions, which she has written herself and are in long-form, according to two sources who are familiar with the agreement between Vogue and Beyoncé but aren’t authorized to speak to the press.”

In addition, Bey has insisted on a Black photographer to shoot the cover, which will be the first time in the magazine’s 126-year history. The photographer is 23-year-old Tyler Mitchell, a source told The Huffington Post, adding, “The reason a 23-year-old Black photographer is photographing Beyoncé for the cover of Vogue is because Beyoncé used her power and influence to get him that assignment.”

Celebrities are rarely ever given approval of their covers for Vogue, but rules change for Mrs. Carter. Therefore, we can expect the cover to be all types of Black girl magic and we are here for it.

Reportedly, this will be Wintour’s last issue with Vogue as she is allegedly leaving, even though Vogue’s parent company Condé Nast has denied it. Wintour has been the editor-in-chief of Vogue since 1988.
