At the age of 9, Jakhil Jackson noticed one day when his aunt took him to feed the homeless that “They didn’t have items to start or end their day.” Jackson and his mother took action and started the non-profit iAMNaeem.
Jackson puts together “Blessing Bags”, which are filled with everyday items that a person needs such as toothbrushes, socks, soap and deodorant.
This amazing contribution at such a young age is amazing. It just goes to show that you are never too young to start making a change. What are you doing to help your community out these days?
